Whether you choose purchase al a carte items from our online store, or purchase a planned party package, you will have an amazing party.  You can also choose to have an It's a Party...Let's Wear HATS!!! event planner work with you to verify themes, alter items, discuss crafts, invitation options and phrasing, hat choices, day events, and gather more ideas in your package - for FREE.

It's a Party...Let's wear HATS!!! also offers customization and personal shopping for the "Parties with a Flair" where we find what you want and provide it for you and we will even work with professional seamstresses and tailors to have the perfect costume made just for you!!


Planned Party Packages

The following are samples of what is included in our two most popular party packages.  When you choose one of these packages, It's a Party...Let's wear HATS!!! event planners can help to customize to your theme for free - or you can create the memorable party by choosing your options without help. The starting prices are listed, but each one is customized so the prices may vary*.


What Every Party Needs
(price starts at $180 for 6 people*)

  • Six custom printed invitations & envelopes
  • Six thank you notes
  • Decorations (balloons, crepe and metallic streamers and more)
  • Crafts for six
  • Six sets of tableware and flatware (plates, cups, flatware, napkins, and napkin rings)*
  • Six hats in theme
  • Six favor bags/boxes and hand selected favors (in theme)
  • Shopping list and planning kit
  • Suggested party games and directions
  • Suggested schedule of events
  • Suggested meal plan and recipes
  • Overall party planning guideline
  • Six individually and beautifully wrapped gift boxes (one for each child) that each child will take home. They will contain the hats, favors, and anything else you wold like us to include. Their faces will light up!!!

*The Victorian Tea Party is a different type of party and starts from $170.00 for 6 depending on choice of tea set (china vs. tin or ceramic) and hat type (custom made vs. ordered, purchased vs. rented)

Dress-Up Couture
        (Price varies depending on items and if you choose to buy or rent)

  • Six custom printed invitations & envelopes
  • Six thank you notes

  • Six costumes for each child (you decide on the level of distinction you would like*)
  • Six elegant favor bags/trunks/boxes (depending on theme)*
  • Crafts for six *
  • One dress-up trunk containing multiple items in your theme for additional accessories (e.g. eyepatches, bandannas, swords, boas, wands, necklaces, shoes, purses, etc)*
     
  • Shopping list and planning kit
  • Suggested party games and directions
  • Suggested schedule of events
  • Suggested meal plan and recipes
  • Overall party planning guideline
  • Six individually and beautifully wrapped gift boxes (one for each child) that each child will take home. They will contain the hats, favors, and anything else you wold like us to include. Their faces will light up!!!

*prices will vary with level of distinction of costume or trunk items - all of ours are gorgeous though!

Parties with a Flair
(Price depends on what we customize with you)

These parties are whole events including more elaborate details, personal shopping, and intricate theme integration.  The parties will typically include everything contained in the above packages plus additional ideas that we can purchase for you, for instance:

  • Additional crafts
  • A garden fairy dwelling
  • A book in theme for each child
  • Materials to provide an excellent fairy fest
  • Pillow cases for decoration and all supplies
  • An outdoor movie projector and theme movies
  • Story books
  • Moroccan tent for outdoors

  • A historic Mountain Man to tell stories all night
